FX-LT magnetic crosshead holders are suitable for lifting and transporting workpieces of larger dimensions. They are used in laser and flame-cutting machine shops where steel sheets are transported. The holder consists of two FX lifting magnets mounted on a crosshead with adjustable spacing. The crosshead is suspended by chain slings. The use of two lifting magnets allows the transport of workpieces with a central cut-out. The FX-LT holders are particularly suitable for handling ring and cylindrical workpieces with a central notch, which enables the lifting force to be evenly distributed. Various FX series lifting magnets can be used in the system, allowing the system to be used for special workpieces. The FX-LT magnetic crosshead holders can be dismantled very easily and quickly, and in a few simple steps one of the lifting magnets can be removed from the crosshead to lift semi-finished parts and smaller workpieces with just one lifting magnet.
