The cleaning hatch is a component that forms part of the pipeline in which the magnetic cone is to operate.
The cleaning hatch is fitted with a socket featuring a Ø10 hole for mounting the cone. This cleaning port is designed for Ø63 cones:
1. Conical (tubular) magnetic separator 63 x 200 / 220 / M10 / N-KO
2. Conical (tubular) magnetic separator 63 x 176 / 206 / M10 / N
The nominal flange diameters of the cleaning hatch correspond to the nominal flange diameters of DN50. The height of the cleaning hatch is 400 mm. The entire unit is made of AISI 304 (EN 1.4301) acid-resistant steel and is approved for contact with food.
