Conical magnetic separator 34 x 100 / 120 / M6 / N

Magnetic separation cones are used to capture magnetically soft particles (iron filings, screws, etc.) from both bulk and liquid materials. They are designed for use in silos and pipelines. They can be used in the food industry (a version with a stainless steel housing, except for the pole pieces, which are made of mild steel), as well as in plastics processing, ceramics and many other sectors.

This product is not intended for contact with food!!!

The acid-resistant steel magnetic cone contains a magnetic circuit made of neodymium magnets. The surface of the three magnetic pole pieces built into the cone – located at the bottom, top and centre of the cone – is magnetically active.

We manufacture magnetic separators to order in any dimensions. Magnetic parameters, operating range and dimensions are selected in accordance with customer requirements.

The maximum magnetic induction at the centre of the upper magnetic pole piece surface is ~0.420 [T].

The maximum magnetic induction at the centre of the central magnetic pole piece (maximum)
is ~1.0 [T].

The maximum magnetic induction at the centre of the lower magnetic pole piece is ~0.500 [T].

Sintered neodymium magnets are used in the magnetic cone.
The maximum operating temperature for magnetic separators with neodymium magnets is approx. 80°C.
