A plate magnet mounted above a belt conveyor is used for catching of undesirable steel or iron elements from transported substances (food industry, processing of plastics, mineral raw materials, recycling, etc.). Mounted at a angle, can also be used as a chute separator. Watertight housing made of acid-proof stainless steel, AISI 304 / EN 1.4301 contains a magnetic circuit with neodymium magnets. It is a bottom surface of the plate magnet which is magnetic active. Both ends are equipped with two threaded apertures M10 (spaced 38 mm) for mounting.
On commission we are ready to provide magnetic separators with dimensions chosen by Clients. Magnetic parameters, range of activity and dimensions are adjusted according to Client needs and expectations.
In the plate magnet sintered ferrite magnets were used.
The maximal working temperature for the magnetic separators with ferrite magnets is approx. 250°[C].
