Introducing the Alpha series of welding tables from Strong Hand Tools. These tables feature a highly durable construction and precision craftsmanship.
The Alpha family of tables consists of panel systems combined with patented, reversible and interchangeable top and side plates, making them more versatile.
The only modular welding table with very high strength and adjustable, self-positioning, reversible table plates. It offers unlimited possibilities for clamping elements for welding and machining. Precise adjustment, positioning and clamping of elements ensures higher quality and convenience of welding.
The Alpha 28 series welding tables were designed in response to customer demand for an affordable, durable, metric welding table. The Alpha 28 series has 5 sides equipped with 28 mm diameter holes, providing greater versatility and expandability than ever before. It meets industry-leading requirements for flatness, squareness and dimensional accuracy.

Table Top Plates are made from tough P20 low alloy tool steel for a 60.5 HRC hardness, then CNC machined for flatness QPQ Nitriding Treatment provides corrosion and weld spatter resistance, delivering excellent performance and wear resistance with a surface hardness of 58-62 HRC. Patented, self-locating Table Plates can be repositioned, then easily realigned to the original position. Reposition the table plates as needed to increase the width of the table for oversized or complex fixtures.

Each leg can be loaded up to 2,000 kg. 2X LIFE! Plates can be reversed to use both sides, which doubles the table lifespan.

Stronger, More Rigid Frame

The tubular frame construction of the Alpha 28 table provides better flatness and torsional rigidity compared to frames made entirely of sheet metal. The rigid frame with modular plates in the Alpha 28 model means less unevenness and less twisting compared to welded structures. Welded structures made exclusively of sheet metal often lead to deformation and unevenness in the corners and in the centre.

Quick and easy leg installation


Each leg comes with four M12 bolts and washers for mounting on the flanges at the bottom of the table frame.

Levelling feet with spindles at the bottom of the legs allow for precise adjustment and levelling.
