Minimal length of the stripe available for purchase is 1 meter = 1 unit.
In the magnetic stripe as a magnetically active substance barium ferrite was used. The stripe with multipole magnetization, as opposed to the bipole magnetized, is characterized by large detachment force. It is used primarily in advertising.
Magnetic properties of material grade: remanence Br min. 0,225 [T], coercivity HcB min. 150 [kA/m], coercivity HcJ min. 180 [kA/m], energy product (BH)max min. 11,0 [kJ/m3]
Physical proprieties: density ~3,8 [g/cm3]
Max. working temperature is approx. 80°[C]
Direction of magnetization multipolar means that on both sides of the stripe there are several alternate magnetic poles N and S, located along the stripe.
Weight of 1 running meter of the stripe is: ~570 [g] , Weight of one roll (25 running meters) is: ~14,3 [kg].
