The FX-VV HOT series lifting magnets have a long, narrow design for gripping beams and profiles. The main feature that differentiates them from other lifters is their ability to work at elevated temperatures. The special permanent magnet system allows the gripper to work with a workpiece up to 300°C for up to four minutes and up to 250°C permanently. It is ideal for handling heated tools and dies or heat-treated workpieces.
The FX-VV HOT grippers achieve maximum holding force even with relatively thin material thicknesses, so even thin sheet metal can be lifted safely. The unique shape of the gripper foot, through the use of a double prism with a 90° angle, allows lifting angles from the inner and outer surface; in addition, components can also be rotated.
The FX-VV HOT, like all FX models, has a fully nickel-plated body and provides very good lifting results, even on uneven surfaces.
