This rod magnet D5x15 does not attract gold. Unfortunately, no neodymium magnet can attract pure gold. We also do not notice any attraction to metals such as aluminum and copper, although it should be noted that these two metals will repel each other in a strong alternating magnetic field due to the phenomenon of eddy currents.
